"Neues sehr hübsches Restaurant in Brunsbüttel dicht an der Schleuse, in Form eines Pavillon. Große Außenterasse der Innenvereich wie bekannt durch Beckmann Strandhalle sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Service ist gut und das Essen eher angelehnt an Beckmanns Strandhalle aber vielleicht gibt es ja nach Einarbeitung auch eine eigene Karte für das Slüüs damit nicht in beiden Restaurants beide in Brunsbüttel die gleiche Speisekarte steht."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir haben im Restaurant Slüüs in Brunsbüttel einen wundervollen Nachmittag verbracht! Bei heißem Kakao und köstlichem, hausgemachtem Kuchen konnten wir den Blick auf den Hafen genießen. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass wir unsere wohlerzogene Dackeldame mitbringen durften – das war in keinem anderen Café möglich. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man merkt, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Ein echtes Highlight und eine gastronomische Bereicherung für Brunsbüttel am Hafen – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!"

"Tolles Café mit kleiner Speisekarte, liebevoll, frisch und sehr lecker zubereitet. Freundlich und nettes Personal. Das Café befindet sich direkt an der Schleuse des Nord-Ostseekanal mit Freisitzplätzen und tollen Interieur."

"Ein sehr schönes, gemütliches Restaurant. Das Essen schmeckt immer sehr gut. Die Restaurantleitung ist eine so nette Persönlichkeit, die alles gut im Griff hat und immer lächelt. Zu den Feiertagen gab es sogar kleine Geschenke. Wenn man dort paar Stunden verbringt, fühlt man sich magisch. Vielen lieben Dank und weiter so !"

"Ich war heute im Restaurant Slueues und war begeistert. Das Steak war perfekt gegrillt – genau auf den Punkt und voller Geschmack. Die Scholle mit Bratkartoffeln war eine absolute Sensation, frisch, aromatisch und genauso, wie man es sich wünscht. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam, das Ambiente angenehm und einladend. Für mich gehört das Restaurant ganz klar zu den Restaurants, die man weiterempfehlen muss. Ich komme definitiv wieder."
